Pluum

Pluum us a dry-hopped, foeder-aged sour plum ale brewed with elderberry and salt. The use of both Damson and Mirabelle plums from B.C.'s interior evoke aromas of ripe pit fruit while the addition of Brett L adds a nice layer of funk. Juicy and tart with a saliferous, warming mouthfeel.
